Definitions
"The Big Print Business" is a trading name under Peluche Publishing Ltd.
The "Customer" is anyone who enters into a transaction with Peluche Publishing Ltd.
The Big Print Business
By visiting and using this website you enter into an agreement with Peluche Publishing Ltd owner of The Big Print Business. All transactions are between you and Peluche Publishing Ltd. By placing an order online or by telephone you unconditionally agree to the terms & conditions of Peluche Publishing Ltd.
Payment Options
We can accept payment by using any major credit or debit card including, but not exclusive to, MasterCard, Visa, Diners, American Express and Switch. VAT is chargable on all transactions and an invoice will be supplied for all customers.
Payments should be made to Peluche Publishing Ltd.
Copyright and the law
In order for us to print any images you must own the copyright or have permission to use the copyright. If we have reason to doubt the copyright ownership or permissions we reserve the right to refuse to print the images unless satisfactory evidence is provided to us. We will not print any images that contain illegal content or content that violates the law. In the event of such infringement Peluche Publishing Ltd reserves the right to inform the appropriate enforcement agencies and authorities.
Measurements of prints
There are times when there may be slight measurement variances.
As an example photographs submitted for enlargement and print do not always increase proportionately to an exact standard paper size. If there is a huge variance we will advice you prior to print. If your print must be an exact size you must tell us when submitting your order.
Colour and quality
Please note that there might be variances in colour between an image seen on a computer screen and a print. We use quality printers and inks that reflect the quality of the image sent to us. As a general rule of thumb the higher the resolution of the original file the better the quality of the print. You are advised to read the section on this site about submitting files. If we feel that a file will not print to the quality that meets our standards we will advise you.
Customer Responsibilities
Peluche Publishing Ltd is not responsible for incorrect orders due to improper customer instruction. If the error is on the part of Peluche Publishing Ltd, we will offer a re-print or refund (less postage & packing). Peluche Publishing Ltd is not liable for damage to artworks while in transit to the customer.
Liability
Peluche Publishing Ltd is not liable to customers or any third party for any indirect loss or damage or for any indirect loss of data, profit, revenue or business time however caused.
Delivery
We can normally deliver your order within 4 working days.
There is a Ł5.99 delivery charge for delivery anywhere in mainland UK.
